Attila VÉCSY (Budapest, 1954 - ) visual artist, photographer. He worked as a lab manager at the MTA - Hungarian Academy of Sciences’ Agricultural Research Institute from 1974, then he worked as a photographer instructor in Budapest. In parallel, he taught at the Eszterházy Károly College, then he became the founder and the leader of the Atika Photo Studio and Gallery. He learned and tried almost every photographical technics, his pictures are moving in the frontier of the photo and the visual arts. He draw on and paint on his pictures, the installation and the modification are as part of the creation, as the original photograph. Since 1991, member of the Association of Hungarian Photographers.
