Gáti

György GÁTI (Budapest, 1954 - ) photographer. György GÁTI is looking for the connection surfaces of man and the surrounding world. The peculiarities and aesthetic quality of appearance represent the primary values of a photo for him. He also considers it important when photography carries several layers both in sight and in meaning in any case. He wished if a photo taken by him was not interesting for the objects recognizable on it. György GÁTI focuses on topics where the subject of the photo does not distract the viewer’s attention from the meaning. Consequently, the topic of a photo is secondary, he is interested in the photo itself. Member of the Association of Hungarian Photographers since 2001.
